Over the past thirteen years I have witnessed phenomenal growth in Realife, and know first hand the impact of strong leadership. I have been able to experience Realife on a variety of levels, first as a student, then as a volunteer leader, and now as a staff member.  If there is one thing that I have learned about leadership, it is that leadership development is an ongoing process. I am excited about joining Scotty, and youth pastors all over the country, in one forum for one purpose – reaching youth for Christ.  What could be better than that?
