  During the past 15 years, God has used Scotty to build a dynamic student ministry at JRA. In addition to being a man of God in every sense of the word, he is a gifted communicator and a remarkable leader. Scotty Gibbons has been the Director of Realife Student Ministries at James River Assembly since 1993. When he started, Scotty could drive the entire youth group around in a van. Today, the Realife Student Center is home to more than 1000 students and 200 volunteer leaders.

Scotty is a nationally recognized youth communicator with a passion for reaching students and equipping leaders.

Scotty, his wife Casey and their daughters live in Ozark, Missouri.
